Mark Goodstein,
Founder and President
When the best-known companies in technology are looking for top talent to start or grow a business, they look to Mark Goodstein. Mark understands their needs and delivers candidate choices beyond their best expectations.
Since 1990, Mark has been a recruiter for the software industry. He has successfully negotiated placements for some of New England’s brightest technologists, from engineers to business executives, to senior management.
An expert career counselor, Mark’s knowledge of marketability, interviewing skills, and compensation negotiation sets him apart. Mark’s experience gives Techpros’ clients a competitive advantage.
After receiving his BA from the University of Vermont, Mark went on to earn a JD from American University. Mark continues to be a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is a former executive board member of the Massachusetts Association of Personnel Services, and is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services.
Shari Munro, Vice President
Shari brings a wealth of business acumen to her position at Techpros, with 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. Managing a business aviation department for a lucrative private equity firm, she became an expert in all aspects of human resource management.
Having reached the pinnacle of her career in this industry, Shari was ready for her next challenge. She left the corporate aviation world to start and build one of the Northeast’s leading videoconferencing and multimedia room conferencing companies. In that endeavor, she recruited and mentored top talent, guiding the company through rapid growth, success and eventual sale.
When Shari joined forces with her brother at Techpros in 2004, it was a perfect culmination of all of her experiences. She understands the needs of candidates and companies, and has a true talent for matching the right candidate to the right opportunity.
Shari is a graduate of Lesley College.
